I'm looking for some new recipes. Would you consider sharing one? I'm wanting easy and not expensive! I don't want to have to take out a bank loan to buy the ingredients! Please consider sharing a recipe on my Blog and if I make it I'll take a photo of the finished project!

Good idea! I'm always looking for new recipes too.
Turkey Spinach Meatloaf
2 lbs Ground Turkey
1 Pkg. Mozzarella Cheese
fried onions
Finely chopped onions
1 Pkg frozen spinach
1 Pkg Lipton onion soup Mix
Combine Turkey, soup mix, chopped onions in a bowl. Take a small portion and make a medium size layer on the bottom of a square baking dish. The layer should be about a pencil eraser in height. Then place a layer of mozzarella cheese ( as much as you want), then a layer of spinach ( I use all of the package at this point), another layer of cheese, then your top layer of turkey ( I usually have enough left over for a couple of turkey burgers). Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for about 40 mins and then sprinkle the fried onions on the top and bake for another 5 mins.
